"Which test reveals more of the soul, the test that a man will take to prove his faith, or the test that finds the man who believed his faith already proven?"

Breaking News: Amarr Lose Sahtogas

Sunday, August 25, 2013

A few moments ago, the Amarr lost the system of Sahtogas for the first time since 2010. Several Amarr groups came to the systems defense over the course of the evening, including Fweddit, I.LAW, and others, but they were unable to match the Minmatar's numbers and successfully defend the system.

Members of Biohazard claim that they intend to keep the system indefinitely, and do not intend to allow it back into Amarr hands any time soon.

Breaking News: Amarr Defend Sahtogas, Drive Minmatar Out of Plex

With local spiking to just over 70, the Amarr arrived in force a short time ago and forced the Minmatar to retreat from the plex they were then occupying.

The system hangs in the balance with the Minmatar only needing to take a couple of plexes to push the system into a vulnerable state. However, it is looking as though the Amarr are not intending to allow the Minmatar to take the system without a significant fight.

Sahtogas Update: Minmatar Hold Field in Frigate Engagement, Lose 280 mil Daredevil

A short time ago, fighting broke out between Minmatar and Amarr forces as a mixed group of Amarr began to take defensive measures within the system of Sahtogas.

While the Minmatar held the field, outnumbering the Amarr at least 2 to 1, they also lost a 280 million ISK daredevil, significantly swinging the ISK war in the Amarr's favor.

If the Minmatar are able to push the system into vulnerability, and take the I-HUB, this long time Amarrian stronghold will be in Minmatar hands after the next downtime.

Breaking News: Minmatar Make Move on Sahtogas

It has been confirmed that Minmatar forces have turned out in force on a major push to take the system of Sahtogas. The system has been an Amarr stronghold for several years, and during a previous warzone push, it was the one system the Minmatar were unable to break.

The system is currently 96.7% contested, with no Dust 514 effects.

The push is being spearheaded by Minmatar Alliance Biohazard. -- an alliance who recently made headlines for dropping a Titan on a Faction Warfare I-HUB.

Amarr, Minmatar Alliances to Participate in Alliance Tournament

Tuesday, July 2, 2013

At least two Faction War alliances will be participating in the upcoming Alliance Tournament, including Late Night Alliance, which was chosen during the blind draw, and CVA, who recently joined Amarr Militia.

Faction Warfare pilots have only been able to participate in the Alliance Tournaments during the last few years, since CPP modified mechanics to allow alliances in Faction War. Prior to that, militia was only comprised of individual corporations.

BREAKING NEWS: Pilots Gather in Luminaire

Friday, March 22, 2013

As a massive offensive breaks out on the planet's surface, pilots start flocking to Caldari Prime in the Luminaire system.

While there is currently a Caldari Titan on site, there seems to be little Caldari militia support on the field, with several Gallente scouting the area.

With the absence of Faction Navy preventing the Gallente from operating freely in the system, some fighting has broken out.

Update: Caldari Fight Back

Monday, January 14, 2013

Less than a week after Gallente managed to take the whole of the Gallente/Caldari warzone, Caldari have managed to regain 5 systems.

There has been talk that Gallente forces were planning to take the Amarr/Minmatar warzone in addition to their own, but so far there has been no major movements of Gallente forces deploying to Amarrian space.

CALDARI DEFEATED: Ladister Taken by Gallente Forces

Friday, January 11, 2013

Just a short time ago, Gallente forces were successful in flipping the last remaining Caldari system, Ladister. If the Caldari do not flip any systems of their own before the next downtime, the Gallente will be in control of all 101 systems within their warzone.

It is the first time a militia has overtaken their entire warzone since before Inferno, and is only the second time a militia has done so since the beginning of Faction War, the Caldari having taken over the warzone several years ago.

CCP Fozzie, via Twitter, has promised a high five to any Gallente pilots during this year's fanfest.
