Members of the Amarrian corporation I.LAW jumped ship over the holidays after a disgruntled x-member hijacked the corporation through a corporate vote, and shares he had stolen.
Many of the I.LAW leadership have participated in Amarrian Factional Warfare for several years, with backgrounds ranging from a variety of roleplay, pvp, and other FW corporations.
"I’m not sure what the point of it was. He wasn’t able to take anything from us but the name. We never had any corp assets in the first place, and we cleared out the corp wallet." said
Shalee Lianne (director) on her blog, shortly after the incident.
While I.LAW members were obviously annoyed by the actions of their x-corpmate, the transition into the new corporation appears to have gone without a hitch.
"We had ample time to take down our POS’s and re-anchor them under our new corp. We informed all of our members and they have been joining the new corp. " Shalee stated.
"...for us, it's not about the name. It's not about the stats. It's about the people."
said I.LAW's director Ryvenn Krennel. "And this is why the actions of Sab0tag3 and his little buddy Druiel Druphestos were pretty much an epic failure."
