The newly posted dev blog highlights upcoming Winter changes to Tech 1 Frigates, Destroyers, and Cruisers. All remaining frigates will be re-balanced, a new line of destroyers will be introduced, and CCP is also planning to re-balance tech 1 cruisers --including removing mining bonuses and creating more viable tech 1 logistic cruiser versions.In conjunction with the changes to plex size structure, a revamp of these frigate, destroyer, and cruiser sized ships may significantly impact plex warfare within Faction War.
